Rig Test


Here is the rig so far.

    good job on the functionality of the rig

    nice to see the folding of the hands as asked.

    cons-
    the head is a bit strange it seems as if you painted weights on the jaw of the character which should be on the ring of faces which make up the neck so that the head acts as it's own part.(opinion)

  2. does the character have spine controls? he needs one for his hips, his stomach area, his mid body body and upper body. Without that his body locomotion will be off.

  4. @3DForge: Ya the head was not painted yet. I will fix that.
    @Tony: The body has controls for the back and neck. I did not have one for the hips but will add one. He has a very simple back (only two bones). If you think I should add more I can, just let me know.

  5. I think its best if you give him three spine controls and a hip control. The out come of the animation should come out much better. Send me both versions of the rig, ones without the spine control and with the spine control and I will see which one is easier to work with. Also a small suggestion, maybe you should add hair controls also, if I want to make his hair bounce or anything like that.
